Transcribing audio interview

There is one interview recording about 37 minutes long that needs to be transcribed from an MP3 file into a Word document. It is a on-on-one interview and the Word file should be presented in a question and answer format. Speed and accuracy are important: the contents of the typed Word file will be used verbatim in a written report. The people involved are not native English speakers but the standard of English is good. The recording is clear. The completed file needs to completed and delivered by 2300 GMT Sunday, March 24.
