UK B2C leads needed

We need UK B2C data to call on for a UK based client who wants us to generate DMP leads for them through hot key transfer, we want to buy targeted leads in bulk that we can call on i.e. loan declined data, mortgage decline data, DMP data or something like that The data has to be targetted, not too old and cost efficient for us as we are on a tight budget, we will be needing 50k leads on a monthly basis but initially we would need a small sample to test the waters of say 5-10k We would like to work out an monthly arrangement and we are looking to pay not more than 1 pence per lead, please revert back with the volume, age and nature of the data you can provide
