Transcribe English MP3 voice conversations to text- long term possible for future

I'm looking to establish a long-term relationship to transcribe informal english conversation recordings between 2 people. I am open to working with up and comers worldwide who have EXCELLENT COMPREHENSION of english. There is blank noise and many pauses throughout the majority of conversations (although the tape is running) so each individual conversation ranges in length. For this particular project the total of all conversations is approx 9-10 hours, but with blank noise likely far less than 8 listening hours. IMPORTANT: A male voice that is on several of the required recordings has a tendency to speak fast and low. If you have software equipment to optimize the audio I am certain you can improve its quality. I want to be sure you are comfortable with the male voice so I've attached a sample conversation file. Listen at around 5 minutes into the conversation to ensure both the quality of your work and that you are confident in your abilities regarding the male voice. REQUIREMENTS: -Accurate word recognition / vocabulary and spelling as well as differentiation between the 2 speakers (in many cases 1 male and 1 female). -I am only interested in the real CONTENT of the conversations. The transcription does not need to be verbatim, so it is not necessary to include fill words (like ‘um’), repetitions, greetings, etc. -If you have a problem ANYWHERE mark it on the doc with the time indicator so I can check it. I prefer to pay on a per project basis since the conversations range in length (have lots of blank noise) and I'd like to establish a long-term trusting relationship with you. However, if you insist to work by the hour, which requires much more tedious budgeting and record logs, you must indicate a per hour rate.
