I've good exposure to terminal servers. and Active directory. Will help you to fix the login issues (it can be slow login or no login at all). You are right it is few hours of work only. However, I need more info to perform the task. Please change the price range for your work from 250-750 to 30-250. It will help others to name the price according to your budget.
