Display Incoming Caller ID on Asterisk Box(repost)

I need help because suddenly my asterix box doesn't display incoming caller ID. I dont know our telco company's caller id system is DTMF or FSK, so you need to find out your self. I'm using Digium AEX800B PCI Express Analog card. The telco company is Telkom Indonesia. Also my asterix box answer a incoming call after 4 or 5 rings, I want it get answered on first or second rings. I will send you the SSH login detail if you win the bid. PAY ATTENTION ON THIS: This is not easy as you might think, I already have 2 "experts" here in vworker to have this right, but both of them give up.
