Configure Centos -Share Internet and Install webmin

Hi, i need a simple job con my FRESH CENTOS 6.0 installed: -- My eth0 is configured as dhcp (internet) i need to configure eth1 to share internet to my lan. -- My lan should be [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] , not dhcp , every pc will have an internal ip configured. -- Install squid to control traffic. -- Install LAMP , i meant apache mysql with php5.3, and configure it to work as [login to view URL] to my lan, -- Install Samba, create 4 folders with 4 different users-password assigned to them. this is to share docs in my lan, like folders. all other are Win terminals -- Install Webmin to manage via [login to view URL] , all configured and working fine. Thats all !! I will give you root access to my server.
