Bulk Whois Checker For Xenu Reports

Hello, I need a script that automatically checks all domains reported as "no such host" in the report of Xenu's Link Sleuth (report provided as HTML) for domain availability, read, perform a whois-check. Then, it needs to output any domain that is available as an excel-file. Proxy support would also be cool, in case you use a site that blocks bulk requests, to avoid blacklisting. Please also provide me with information on how expensive it would be to include an additional support for the Ahrefs API, to do an additional check for backlinks on the available domain.
