This project will commence during the early period of 2016 I would like to develop a cloud based, software as a service solution (SaaS) on the [login to view URL] platform that provides a comprehensive platform for companies who operate large numbers of staff, streamlining staff management and automating processes. My-Shifts shift scheduling shall include the following features, Similar application ((Sirenum)) 1. An employee portal where employees can enter there details To include: • Name • Telephone number • Email Address • Home Address • Bank Account details • National insurance number • Next of Kin 2. View there shift rota • Shift scheduling (A online rota to schedule staff shifts) • Time and attendance (I would like emails to be sent to employees with action links to confirm shifts [2 hours prior to the shift start time] to sign into the shift and to sign out of the shift) I would also like it to be possible for employees to “confirm”, “sign in” and “sign out” by an app developed for IOS and Android Mobile applications will feature: Been able to view the rota, Time and attendance, Team chat
