Raspberry Pi (Jessie) program or application (Python preferred) that will run in the background and monitor a BLE beacon ([url removed, login to view]) for temperature, humidity and battery level using a Bluetooth dongle or in-built BLE in new raspberry Pi.

The application will read the beacon temperature, humidity and battery once every 15 minutes then send the result to a [url removed, login to view] channel for visualisation. The program/application should run on boot and have a watchdog process to ensure it restarts/reboots if it hangs or quits monitoring.

The application will need to be able to be configured easily for different tokencube beacons (UUID, Major, Minor) and different thingspeak channels (different channel ID, api key etc).
