Hi. I am working in Rails 2.3 since one year now and have around 1.8 years of experience in Ruby On Rails. So we should be a good match for each other.

I have worked on Ruby on Rails project for large client e.g www.searscommercial.com. Technology stack : Ruby 1.8.7, Rails 2.3, Mysql 5, Solr, Cucumber, Rspec Successfully developed RESTful atom feed (ROR) for Sears client, to expose data like product data, inventory, availability which helped sister websites single place to fetch this information. This made the data processing logic to be in one place and in-turn reduced the load and code from other websites. Worked on the SearCommercial, e-commerce website (ROR), that catered to multiple segments with role based authentication. Successfully owned the features like delivery method selection, pricing etc. Customized the website for client insurance company. Modified login with PunchOut (e-procurement system) and checkout was modified to send estimates instead of placing order. As a consultant with 6 years experience I have developed capability to understand requirements correctly, estimate and deliver quality software.
