Help me implement Aftership in my vb.net project.

I have a vb.net project that I manage. We want to implement AfterShip to allow our customers to track their parcels. It all seems pretty straight forward...except that I'm not smart enough to implement into my project. The code for uploading a tracking instance is below. The .NET SDK for Aftership can be found here [login to view URL] I just need someone who can tell me step by step how to add the relevant items into my project so that the code below works. I just don't know whether I need to add a reference to my project, or add a module, class or component so that I can access the Aftership functions. For someone who knows vb.net, it should only take 20 mins to explain it to me.
