I am working in Wireless Sensor Networks fields. I want to write an energy efficient clustering algorithm for densely distributed network. For this task, I need hybrid algorithm which will combine Expectation-Maximization for Gaussian Mixture Model(EMGM) and DBSCAN algorithm. This work will be done in MATLAB and As far as result is concerned, i want to display output with respect to

1. Energy consumption Vs No of Nodes

2. Efficiency Vs No of Nodes

3. Energy consumption Vs varying no of clusters.

Hybrid Algorithm(EMGM+DBSCAN) should automatically find the values of Input parameters (Eps,MinPts) for DBSCAN algorithm and produce no of clusters, cluster heads location. After that Moble Sink Node will be follow a shortest path for data collection from Cluster Heads found by above algo.
