The vMix software allows VB.net scripting. These scripts can be assigned to keyboard shortcuts for easy operation. This project requires the development of multiple interacting scripts to provide a more powerful and flexible template for us to work with.
The template we require would be powered by two mapped keys on the keyboard.
The 'mode' key would set a variable that would be referenced by another script. It would be a simple toggle where one press would set the variable to a new value and a second press would return it to the original value. This key would not always be used before the second key as the previous setting could be required.
The 'start' key is the main key to be pressed to start the 'action' script. As mentioned above this key would likely be pressed without the 'mode' key being pressed first.
The main script would then take a route determined by the 'mode' keys setting (its's state would need to be saved from previous use). This would run a script which would function as below.
1. Look up variable from last use or recent 'mode' key press
2. Run subsection of script (entered by us so use demo vMix actions for purposes of testing) depending on state of the 'mode' key
3. Run global script (again use demo actions)
Ideally, all the code would be commented to assist with use.
Please note that the toggle setting must not reset on each use of the script but must remember the last setting.
Hi,dear. I am a senior software developer. I have just checked your project report, I am able to perform this task with my developer team. I am looking forward to your proposal...
