I need a cross-platform app that will allow me to build a menu which then in turn allows the user to choose a menu selection and view a PDF (or SWF created from PDF) associated with that menu item. It should be capable of auto-running from CD-ROM on both Windows and Mac platforms. Flash is allowable. The app must allow for background and color changes, among other requirements. The menu should be configurable either by an admin back end (database) or config file. I am flexible on design, costs, etc. Mainly looking for a good programmer who can help me through this process.
