I am looking to develop a google app for gmail. It need to be able to:

Scan emails and attachments for keywords

When it finds those keywords extract the attachment and key information and sent it though to the qbo or xero api.

IMPORTANT : Artificial intelligent will be needed to determine the information to be transferred via the api.. No two data sets are in same format.

Must be able to be used by multiple users and available though email or download.
