Appointment Booking - after the patient logs in they book an appointment by select a slot - each slot is 15 min from 11am to 1pm which will consist of 4 slot per hour (12 slot in total). (patient can also edit their appointments)
transport booking - Patient decides to book an transport by stating their appointment booking times and answer some questions such as state your disability or medical condition and if they need any equipments with them. (patient can also edit their appointments)
