Controlling (opening and closing) a child window

We are using actions script 3.0 code to lunch a new browser window containing a "child" mini-game as a pop up. The pop-up should be located at a specific position, without allowing the user to change its size or maximize/ minimize (but he can close it) the pop up link is to a flash AS2 movie in the format of ...[login to view URL] (not html / php page).
