Create a program that will pull the max Tweets 3200 in the native json format on a recurring cycle. Then send it to a specified email.

Need someone to create a program that will: 1) Access Twitter API and download full time line data up to the maximum 3200 in the native json format. 1.5)Must be recurring on a schedule that I can define either through an interface (along with other standard definitions for this api) 2) have this file sent to a database sql or access based for storage 3) have the file emailed directly to a specified account of choosing through interface. 4) must be able to handle and schedule multiple accounts automatically. Can be Web based with mysql db. If so, must be easy to deploy on shared server environment like just host or blue host. In a cpanel environment. Willing to take suggestions on best way to handle this need.
