Virtual assistant required for Instagram marketing

I'm looking for a person who can perform 4 tasks, this will be part time to start with but if the person shows initiative, I will hire for other accounts and clients of mine. Must know how to use instagram Must have experience with spreadsheets Must be willing to have online skype training Would prefer someone who is happy to have a weekly skype catch up to make sure things are going well. Task 1 Step 1. Go to instagram page Step 2. scroll all the way back to the brands first images Step 3. Copy link to images that do now have watermark/logo Step 4. Go to schedugram Step 5. Post the image link to the queue, adding a short message. (I'll help with this bit) Step 6. Tag the person that was originally tagged in the post ( not the image you copied it from, but the person who was tagged in to) This will be an ongoing task Task 2 Step 1. Go on Instagram and find similar accounts to mine Step 2. Message each page asking if they'd be prepared to do a shout for shout? ( i'll help with messages) Step 3. I'll look at each and give a yes or no to Step 4. If yes, schedule their image into schedulgram. Step 5. Once post send message thanking the person, Step 6. If they've not posted yet remind them Step 7. Delete their post on my account. Task 3 Step 1. Source quotes/jokes/small sayings Step 2. Place them in spreadsheet These will be used to create images in Canva, so if you have experience, please let me know. Task 4 Step 1: Find accounts who already have large followings of my target audience.(I'll help identity to start with) Step 2: Click on to their followers, and begin following any of the accounts that don’t look like spam and match my target audience.
