Create articles covering local events in real time

Create and promote articles covering some moderately important events using our CMS. It can be demonstration, protest, sports commentary, The article should be primarily photos with some short comments (1-3 sentences) for each photo. If event is planned there should be a prior notice on social media accounts of the author that the event will be shared before the event starts so that visitors can come to the article page and follow the event as it happens. We also need to be notified in advance so we can do our own promotion if we think the event is of interest. If event is not planned we should receive notification as soon as it starts. Each article moment should also be shared on social media accounts of the author. We will need the links to author's social media accounts, blogs, articles they wrote, etc. We are looking for several authors.
