Asterisk A2Billing

I am looking for someone to contract with me to set up install and maintain an Asterisk A2Billing server. I am wanting to sell DIDs, Calling Cards, DIDs with FWDing on them, and have the ability to choose from a dialing plan and LCR either Trunks, or termination partners based on the product that is being used. This project is for monthly maint and consulting as well as contracting for future growth. I am only interested in experienced and Reliable business partners. If you are able to also supply a web phone that is able to bypass VOIP blocking in international countrys that works on Dial UP internet than that is also a request to add to this list. I do not know all of the details of each bidders final product, so please tell me why your solution is the best and why you are the company that I should choose. I am currently running business services on a Metaswitch and this will be my first real attempt at open source. We have done testing on small asterisk applications with good results. I do want all of the bells and whistles available for web portal and billing.
