I Need a Twitter Link Sniper program

Project Description: Project Description: I am searching for a programmer who will be able to make a program that when running will: -Follow a Twitter account, specifically @Nikestore official account. -Automatically detect and open a link (product link) tweeted by the account. -Add specific size in the product to cart and purchase the item in my Name and shipping address. Basically Nike (shoe company) will send links for their sneaker releases via Twitter, those links then take you to [login to view URL] where ONLY via the link that was tweeted can you gain access to purchase the shoes. The tweets with the links are sent around the 8am Eastern time so I would be running the program you create 10 minutes prior to 8am when I will need it to be tracking further tweets from @Nikestore The program needs to run on PC The video below will show at 2min. into it how the program is basically run.
