I wonder what properties you need to assess from the fruit? Usually nutritional claims are expensive because one needs to carry out the assays in numerous individuals, men, women, elder, children, etc. and do it at least three times. All this takes time and money (high amounts) if it is to make a serious nutritional or health benefit claim about a product.

No medical or health claims, just claim the presence of the natural molecule in a certain concentration. You may then argue that your product, as a consequence of the natural molecule, will exert the benefits of such molecule.
