Salesforce bespoke updates

Task 1:

Our internal system is sending emails (bcc) to Salesforce with subject line 'New Referral from Find A Wealth Manager Ref: [Questionnaire ID - User Id].

I thought these were automatically being appending to the Contacts with the corresponding subject line Questionnaire ID and User ID. But they are not. They are going to Unresolved Items and we are manually appending to the relevant Contact.

I would like to automate this appending of the email - so Salesforce needs to read the ID tags in the subject line and automatically append to the Contact. Can you set this up.

Please note: Because our Contact upload to SF is done manually from our internal system via CSV there may be instances where Salesforce is copied in to the above email without the Contact being set up yet. If that is the case I still nee the email to automatically be appended when the upload takes place and the new Contact generated on SF.

Task 2:

Update to Weekly reports

I need to amend what I would like - It's my mistake so this should be new work from you which I pay for.

I would like the Weekly Report to show any status change that has occurred during the week.

That should include any new Contacts with their first status 'Not Yet Contacted' during the week

It should include any old contacts whose status has changed to Spam, Pending, Open, Closed, Signed and Funded during the current week.

The same report generate time and emails apply - nothing for you to change there.

This is really just a list of contacts whose status has changed during the week

The Created Date/Last Updated dates are irrelevant

EXAMPLE:

So for example if Kiran Patil was uploaded to our site in February 2014 and has a Last Updated date of 28/02/2014 BUT this week her status changed and her current status is now Open, this is what I want to see:

Kiran Patil - Open (with the Account size etc - same view as you currently have)

[so her Last Updated date is irrelevant].

If Gerry Nolan was uploaded to our site today with Last Update date 11/06/2014 then I want to see him on the report too because by being a new contact during the week I assume his status has 'changed' to Not Yet Contacted.

So the report shows:

Gerry Nolan - Not Yet Contacted

But if Juan Del Rio was uploaded to the site last week with a Last Update date 06/06/2014 AND HIS STATUS IS STILL THE SAME ie NOT YET CONTACTED, I do not want to see him on this report because his status has not changed this week. The Last Updated date is irrelevant.

In Juan Del Rio's case if he is still Not Yet Contacted on 13/06/2014 (thanks to your development work) he will automatically change to SPAM.

So on next week's report I want to see:

Juan Del Rio - Spam

Task 3:

Update to Weekly AND Monthly Referrals Chart-o-meter on the Home page dashboard

This should probably link to that weekly report - It needs to show the number of contacts whose status has changed to 'Open' during the current week.

The contacts can be very old, so with any 'Last Updated' date. It is the fact that they have changed to 'Open' during the current week that I am intersted in. That counts as ONE referral.

Same logic as above - these charts show the number of contacts that have changed to 'Open' status during the week (for the Weekly Charts) or month (for the Monthly Chart)

Task 4:

I would like to be able to add in some information about the client to the Client tracker report – see ‘Credit Suisse Client Tracker’ in unified reports. I can only currently add info about the opportunity itself.

I would like to have the questionnaire ID of the client contact and also the expected account opening size.
