Salesforce Admin/Dev Job Support/Coaching

What do I need? I am working as a [login to view URL] intern. I need [login to view URL] job support for my current job assignments. The job assignments can be both Administration and Development related. I need you to teach me, how to build and test solutions myself for my requirements/assignments, in SFDC. How do I need it? Online (Skype, Go To Meeting, Webex, etc.), and over the phone. When do I need it? Could initially be on a regular basis, and then once I am up to speed, on an ad-hoc basis, depending on the workload, variety, complexity of assignments. I need you to be available when I need help, of course between pre-agreed time windows, and days of the week, that we can discuss in advance for mutual convenience. The engagement may range from 1-3 months/longer, depending on various factors. Please include the following in your proposal: 1. Why should I hire you as my Salesforce Dev and Admin Coach/Trainer, to help me build and test solutions to my job assignments? 2. How do you plan to coach me? 3. Your expected compensation and arrangement (flat fee/fixed price, hourly, package, etc.). You can quote both, if you would like. 4. Your availability time zone, time windows, and days of the week. 5. At least two references. 6. Whether or not you can offer me a free trial to try your service(s) out. If yes, please provide appropriate details.
