Hello, I am an experienced Salesforce Developer and worked on number of salesforce apps. Currently playing Dev lead of Salesforce team in an MNC. Couple of my applications are in the process of submitting to AppExchange. I am very well aware of industry standards and best practice for apex development and the governor limits. Can help you to build your app with as best quality and with test coverage as I can. Couple of points would like to mention for your requirement - 1. Not very aware of the product that you want to integrate with Salesforce. But, when user hover over account name or any other main field it shows the fields only configured in "Mini Page Layout". So it is not possible to issue any external apex callout while hover. Instead if you package some custom fields for acount as a part of application and then run a background batch/schedule to update the related information for each account from your third party system, then the mini page layout can be configured to show those new additional fields of your product. If the data is available by then, it will be seen in hover details. Just an idea. But will be in a better position to help you with more feasible study if you trust my ability and give the complete details of your product and the way you like the integration to be. I have been working as a Salesforce developer since pat 1 year. I have worked extensively on Security review process, Scans to be done to pass security review and AppListing process. As this needs AppListing on AppExchange I think I can handle it better.
