Build filemaker pro databases

We need someone to build 15 databases in Filemaker Pro. We are on Filemaker Pro Version 8.5 and use Filemaker Server software. Each database on average has approximately 50 to 60 content fields. Approximately 10 to 15 of those fields are calculating fields. Each of the 15 databases will have a space for a photograph (ideally if possible would like it to crunch down the size of the photo if possible) on the one page data form. We use the databases for comparable sale and rental data so entering and searching for data is what they are used for. Would like to have a shortcut to export the found set into excel. We are currently using functional fm pro databases that will be replaced by the new ones. We plan to export the data from the old databases to the new ones after the new databases are tested and working.
