SMS Alert Programming

The current set up for OUR SHOPPING SITE programming is that WHEN Customers place an order via the web form an order confirmation is sent to them and a copy to us. Our current problems are we don’t always access the internet during the evening to check for orders – that is why we need SMS Alert solutions that will run based on three rule set. 1. customers who enter their mobile no at the order form - they receive SMS message that says, your order has been sent to the restaurant for processing - 160 character max = 1 sms msg) 2. master admin (mobile) (receive order details - Name, Address, Tel, Items Name) a. If the order characters are greater then 1 SMS msg, only one sms should be sent asking the master admin to download order details for [NAME]. i. The above will minimise cost for SMS ALERT. 3. restaurant's (mobile) (receive order details same as master admin) a. if 2.a is followed then no SMS IS SENT to the supplier (restaurant). The master admin should have the option to enable or disable the above feature (we plan to use sms alert during evening or when access to computer is not available). The above solution should work regardless if the customers have a mobile number or not. If the customer has no mobile number (assuming they don’t enter this in the order form) then master admin receive an SMS ALERT and it will follow 2.a rule set.
