Social Media setup for website

I have been developing a website which is nearing completion and is now at the stage where I will soon need social media accounts setting up and getting ready for the launch. The website comprises eight different categories and an overall blog and each of these different areas (all nine of them) will need their own individual social media pages setting up. My initial thoughts were for just three soc med accounts per category: FaceBook, Twitter, and Pinterest but I will take advice on this during the project. Later, as part of an ongoing project, others may also need adding. I will need each group of social media pages tailoring to the category it relates to. All the social media pages will follow 'exactly' the same format (in keeping with the site branding) and the only difference on each category for each respective account will be theme based for the colours in the headers, covers, logos etc. (and the actual page content). These colour differences will be to match the colours used in the theme for that particular category on the website. I will provide all the theme logos, covers, headers and information but will require everything setting up. All the categories relate to the same website content but with a different variation and visitors to one category would probably not be interested in the content of the other categories hence the individual category social media requirements. I purposely omit the site name at this stage as it is irrelevant to the costing but obviously all information will be forthcoming to the winning company. This is a simple job, but quite time consuming and there may be other related matters that I have missed (seo/content etc) but which should be included in with this project. If this becomes the case, these can be added to the project or form additional projects. I will consider all advice given on this matter as the project proceeds. I will provide all the covers, backgrounds, logos, header content etc.... then I want it all setting up and providing with the url's and login details!
