3000 Facebook likes from Florida, Alabama, and Georgia

With the Facebook timeline now being implemented into Facebook pages, it is now possible for all users to see where your page is most popular. This presents a problem for a local business. With this project I will need "likes" from specific cities in a region (some place in Pakistan doesn't make the cut, as it looks fishy). I need a majority of the "likes" to come from Panama City, FL. Other cities that are acceptable for filler are as follows: Panama City Beach, FL; Destin, FL; Lynn Haven, FL; Dothan, AL; Ft. Walton Beach, FL; Callaway, FL; Southport, FL; Navarre, FL; Enterprise, AL; Marianna, FL; Bainbridge, GA; Pensacola, FL; Tallahassee, FL; Seaside, FL; Ebro, FL; Bonifay, FL; Troy, AL. I would like to have the "likes" added daily over the course of 4 weeks without any noticeably huge spikes. These new "Likes" do not need to come from real people. Fake accounts will do fine. If you have the ability to make this accounts "like" posts on a wall sporadically from time to time, that'd be great as well, but not a requirement of this specific project. If this goes well, there will be more opportunities for work in the future. Thank you!
