Create 2 Micro Sites With Articles and Forum For Adsense

I need to create 2 micro sites with the following niches - Pets - Insurances The bidder must create the site from scratch, with nice clean design and each site must also contain a members forum. Bidder must create 1 new article for each sites per week for at least 3 months or when the sites have met each adsense target amount. My target is that each site must be earning at least USD20-30 per day within 3 months. The bidder must have excellent SEO and link building skills. Please do not bid if you do not understand and please do not bid if you are not able to communicate with me on a daily basis via online chats, eg.
