Article submission and forum posting (Dental)

I need the following submission tasks to be performed 1. Submit 10 articles to 10 article databases (you may choose article databases from a list of 15 article databases). Each article will have a link and anchor text provided by me. 2. Submit the 10 articles to 5 press release sites. Each article will have a link and anchor text provided by me. 3. Create very simple pages and paste the 10 articles at the following sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Each article will have a link and anchor text provided by me. 4. Post the 10 articles to at least 10 forums (choose from list of 15 forums). A link with anchor text should be available in the forum signature at each post. So there will be 300 submissions in total: - 100 article submissions - 50 Press Release submission - 50 web 2.0 site submissions - 100 Forum posts Each submission should have a link and anchor text that is specified with me. Links to all submissions should be collected and sent to me in a spread sheet. All submissions must be correct and all links must be working. The budget for this project is in the 30-40 dollar range. The winning bidder of this project will be able to do a lot more similar work for me in the future if this project proves to be successful.
