As part of our research, we need to collect information about the tax regimes for several locations (about 15 locations in total) for the video game industry. We also need to identify any changes in tax regime for the video game industry for all these locations from 1980 onwards (as much information as available). The components we are looking for are as follows: 1. Federal tax rate 2. Changes in the federal tax rate from 1980 onwards 3. Provincial/state tax rate 4. Changes in provincial/state tax rate from 1980 onwards 5. Structure of subsidies (e.g. direct hand-outs, tax breaks, etc.) as applicable to the video game industry 6. Changes in subsidy structure from 1980 onwards, including dates for such change (as much as can be found) 7. Sources of your information This information can be found on the Internet. The search should take a few hours. As part of your bid, please submit a sample of what you are able to find for London, UK and Texas, US. I am posting an example of what we are looking for (you can copy-paste from the source, no write up is required). The example lists only the current snap-shot, while the actual work should also mention any changes from the past (if they happened after 1980) and the dates of the changes. The example is extensive and your work may be much more concise.
