Hello! I am a young architect and I can help you with your project. I need to know exactly what is your status with the project. If you have defined plans and elevations, I can easily model the building and produce renders. But if you have only a few hand sketches for a 40.000 square foot building, it will take more time for us to reach a final result. It can be done and I have a good English so I estimate 10 days for the defined plans version and about 15 for the other one but if you want them faster I can do it.
