Job / Tasks
You will be working with management and our human resources staff to help assess new candidates and recruits.
Your task will include:
- Manage the ATS used for recruitment
- Develop proper workflows and assessments for recruits
- Create, develop and market job openings and posts via recruitment sites
- Coordinate follow up with recruits
- Organize tasks and templates in the LMS
- Work with video interviewing platform for remote staff
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, or any other HR admin tasks
- Assess ranking for applicants for future reviews
You will be hiring Business Development (sales) roles, Marketing roles, and IT related roles (CRM, ERP, System Integration, and development roles).
Please note which fields you have experience with (or have worked in), as specific industry experience is vital to be able to assess the right candidates.
Education and Work Experience
Candidates for this position should have some experience with an ATS platform, and have HR experience with recruitment via Linkedin, and other job boards. Please indicate the ATS you have used in the prompts below.
Undergraduate in Human Resources, or business management
At least 2+ years of HR and recruiting experience
Preferred - Masters or MBA, with a focus on Human Resources
Ideal candidates have IT recruitment experience or staffing experience
