python prestashop

I need I little python script that should do this: - read from an excel file where there is these fields: idProduct of prestashop, price discounted - write in prestashop the price with discount: the standard price is already on prestashop, i have only to update the discounted price (should be the specific price table) in % - if the discounted price not exist the script have to add a row (using web services) This has to be made using the web services using prestapyt No need to add a new product or others stuff
