My area of expertise include data management, cloud computing, and software quality assurance. My understanding of the project is that a backend service / daemon program written in Python requires quality assessment in terms of correctness, performance, and code base conciseness. Without further information, it would be unwise to assure you that I can review fully and quickly your code. As CTO of Fitle, I manage a team of 6 developers and the code review is a frequent part of my job. By reviewing my colleges' code, I can be sure that the production code is robust, well tested and therefore reduce the bug risk. We use also Python as the back-end (Flask framework) so I know quite well Python server code. I'm building my portfolio on Freelancer so the price will probably much lower than my actual salary :). Also to be honest with you, I can only work on your code in the evening and the week-end. I totally understand if this bothers you. Please note that the milestone I proposed is just my guess before I receive the full code.
