editing/fomatting 1 (or 2 depending on cost) microstories for submission for inclusion in an anthology of microstories which is published anually by a science fiction writing group I have just joined.

I have recently joined a sci-fi micro-story writing group (on LinkedIn). An annual anthology of the group members' work is being compiled for publication and sale. As compilation of anthology' is all done on a volunteer basis, by a few members of the group, they will only accept entries, for consideration for inclusion in the anthology, that are 'publication ready'. Therefore, what I want is someone to make my stories publication ready. I guess this might include proof-reading, editing, formatting. I'm not sure really what skills it takes to get a piece of writing ready for the printers. I have 2 micro-stories: one is just under 600 words long and I will leave it at that length, the other, at present, is 500 words. The writing group leader has said that we can go up to 1000 words to enrich our stories if we want to. I am thinking of taking this option, for the second of my micro-stories, dependent on the cost of the editing etc. Thank you Heather MacGillivray
