Transcription of Large Files - Tight Turnaround - repost

Several of my clients are sending large audio files for "rush" transcription. Varying topics, varying levels of complexity... but the turnaround times are always tight. The audio files are 60 minutes or more in length (sometimes as long as 180 minutes), and the turnaround time will be anywhere from 12 to 36 hours from the time we receive them. If this doesn't scare you... please keep reading. :-) Transcripts are to be reviewed for quality prior to submitting as complete (no proofreader should be necessary after the transcript is delivered). Transcribers will be well-versed in US English (spelling, grammar, punctuation and sentence structure). Specifications for completed transcript documents will be provided after project award (or provided upon request), but rest assured that they are incredibly simple -- virtually zero formatting. I have attached a transcript performed by one of my most skilled freelancers for your reference, but please know that there will be just as many one-speaker audio files as there will be two- or three-speaker files (should we decide to continue our working relationship). In your proposal, please provide the following: - Proposal amount based on 60 minutes of audio completed in 12 hours. - Availability (days of the week that you are most available/not at all available, possible time zone difference issues, etc.) - Any comments/concerns regarding your abilities/limitations with files this large and larger (I will be considerate during review about how much you feel comfortable taking on) Thank you for your interest.
