Hello, I have been transcribing for a period of five years, through time I have been able to work my through from floor agent to a QA and now I'm a freelancer since I believe I can handle work loads on my own, which I have in the past year. I have a typing speed of 80 words per minute and a good accuracy. I have been working mostly on American audio files and I'm good at it and good with other accents too like, British and Australian. I use Express Scribe to play the audio files and transcribe them, then later on transfer them to Word document. I can handle an hour or two of work a day.
