I have a report that needs to be in perfect English I'm looking for a highly qualified Native English Writer that can proofread and edit this report that is about 3000 words. Freelancer should have superior writing and editing skills - you must have a solid understanding of English grammar, punctuation, good sentence structures, and spelling skills. You must be able to read a manuscript and modify it so that it's readable, understandable and error free. In other words, you must be able to review the written manuscript and make any necessary changes so that the manuscript can be released for publication. NOTE: I don't require any major editing or re-writing of the content - in other words, all I require is that you edit what's already there. I just want to make sure that what's already there is of the highest writing quality possible and that's it. Once again - no major editing or re-writing of the content please. Should take a good writer not too long. Winning bidder will be given access to a Google Doc to edit in.
