Data Center Migration Project WBS

A Data Center Migration project schedule/wbs for the assessment, design, move and post migration support phases of a hypothetical DCM project. The need is for a template baseline work breakdown structure (wbs) with up to four levels of milestone/task detail. Experience with large scale DCM's is critical. Cloud based migration experience also desirable. The wbs template should align to a large scale project moving hundreds of servers (approx 80% virtual servers and 20% physical servers) to a combination of consolidated client data centers and to a cloud based host (80% (cloud hosting/storage) and 20% (client data center)). The project wbs for all four phases needs to reflect a 1.25 year total effort duration. In order to qualify each bidder should indicate their data center migration experience by providing a simple 2 level project wbs. This is required to be submitted with all bids for this project.
