I am an experienced Program Manager. I was trained in PM through the US Government and I've managed programs in private industry as well. I am currently a consultant for proposal development and program management processes for major US aerospace companies trying to win US Government contracts. I'm sure I could advise and assist you any whatever your PM needs might be. Since you have not specified the level of effort your work entails, I have put a cap on my hours that I can offer for the bid price submitted here. If you need more hours, I'm available and willing to help you, we'll just need to agree on the price for the extra hours. This is just to make sure I'm not working for too little.
