Bitrix24 Workflow Project Design

Please only reply if you have the capabilities to perform the work below, also please inform me if there are items that I missed, the attempt was to be as thorough as possible. Here is an overview of the workflow we would like to build within the Bitrix24 system: Our client, LLY 1. Create Fields within Bitrix24 that fit the assignments for LLY (note generic address, phone, etc. will be tied to the LLY as a Client, sub addresses etc, can be tied to each company member in general.) a. Date of Job b. Time (Need to have a start time for the job) c. Method of Assignment Acceptance, Call-in, Mail, Email, Fax d. Attorney e. Case Number (for our reference not shared with Interpreter) f. Phone (for our reference not shared with Interpreter) g. Language(s) to be interpreted F>E, E>F etc. h. Address (for Assignment) i. Time of assignment 2. Import Interpreter's into system - Clean up list, require address, email, phone, zip, etc. ( set up a template to send out an email allowing the contractors to accept the job) a. Availability b. Hourly Rate c. Minimum Hours e. TT (Travel Time) f. Languages g. Certified h. Our internal Ranking 1 is best, 5 is borderline to not use i. special conditions 3. Layouts Design Assignment Notification/Acceptance/Change/Decline/Completion email layout and Invoice Template. > > 4. Design workflow: > a. job sent from LLY > b. Send out request via email to Interpreters (can we use the information we asked for in #2 above to set criteria on who gets it based on any and all criteria in #2, can also set an automatic accept or have the PM decide based upon returns?) f. Notifications: 24 hours before Assignment Reminder to call LLY and Confirm, Automatic confirmation to Interpreter upon LLY confirmation with a "Received" option. > g. Collect Hours from Interpreter via Completion Request Email sent Automatically 2 hours after beginning of assignment. Bill hours and also show client actual hours worked. > h. Can Interpreters (contractors) set-up invoicing on their portal or tie into their reporting of total time, miles etc?) See below, for current reporting to and from Quickbooks I. Send Invoice to LLY - can we send the invoice directly from Bitrix24 then update Quickbooks through in real time?
