Simple Android currency converter
$30-5000 USD
Paid on delivery
We are hiring a developer to create only the beginning of an application. If this is done well, there will be more work available within a short time.
The first part of the application is a simple currency converter. A screenshot has been made for iPhone, and this should now be implemented in Android. Minor visual inconsistencies are OK if it matches native Android controls better.
The deliverable should include complete commented, well structured Java source code and resources.

Simple currency converter for Android.?
We are hiring a developer to create only the beginning of an application. If this is done well, there will be more work available within a short time.
The first part of the application is a simple currency converter. A screenshot has been made for iPhone, and this should now be implemented in Android. Minor visual inconsistencies are OK if it matches native Android controls better.
The deliverable should include complete commented, well structured Java source code and resources.
The app should target version 1.5 of Android, but should be compatible up to version 2.2.
All screen resolutions should be supported. Please notify us if there are problems with this requirement.
See the attached file [login to view URL]:
* This is the main screen. It should be shown when the user starts the app.
* The user can enter an amount using the keyboard. In the screenshot, the user has entered the amount 20,52.
* The user can scroll the two wheels up and down to change either currency. When the currency is changed, the amounts should be updated.
* The user can click on the red arrow to change the direction of the currency conversion.
* The user can click the delete button to delete a single digit. If the user keeps holding the button, the whole amount is deleted.
* Please format the amounts exactly as in the screenshots. Space for thousand separator, comma for decimal.
* Current exchange rates can be found in the XML file below. Note that this uses Norwegian Krone (NOK) as the base. Please use the element <midtkurs> (mid market rate) for the amount. <enhet> means unit. If <enhet> is 1, this means that 1 NOK is the base amount. If <enhet> is 100, this means that 100 NOK is the base amount.

* Please implement the Home, Help, and List buttons at the top, but nothing should happen when they are clicked.

Very important: To separate you from the spammers, please write the sentence "I'm a human" in capital letters at the top of your bid. We will delete all bids that do not start with this phrase, since most bidders never read the requirements. Thank you for being one who does.
