MS EXCEL Simple customized macro

I have a spreadsheet with

ItemNo,Dollar_Value,Start_Date,End_date

I would like to have VBA macro to do following things:

1) Take From date and To date from User &

2) Do the following logic on the Data spreadsheet & present it on summary page

Logic to be built in the macro **(Everything inside the macro...only the final output to the summary page)**

**Calculate No of Years (Calc. value stays inside the code)**

1. Calculate No of Years (End Date-Start Date) only for unique itemNo

2. For Duplicate Item - set the calculated value as '50'

3. If it is less than one year - set the calculated value as '100'

Calculate Ext month and year from the End date, Calculate dollar_value

Count the no of instances where it falls

Report both count and dollar value to Summary page like this (1 for count and 1 for $)
