Betfair Odds Display the Soccer Matches if the odds are matched between certain range

I would like an application that can show the soccer match odds between certain range(which i will specify once u accept my project}. After dispalying the odds between my criteria it should also show the form status page. the matches that i have slected should also display the current Asian handicap market. And i should be able to login to my account on the application to place the bets. So if any body can develop me a program for that i would really look forward to talk with u. Thanks,
