Crop images and optimize them

There are about 70 simple pictures in the attached zip file.
Steps to be performed:
1. Crop each photo such that each photo is exactly 140px (height) X 120px (width). Make sure that the head is not cropped.
2. Each photo must be optimized and enhanced (adjust contrast, saturation, etc)
3. Each photo must be compressed (<= 20KB)
4. Name the file after the student's name
Some files have more than 1 student's photo on it. In such cases, please crop each student's photo and perform above mentioned steps separately on each photo.
Please maintain the structure of the attached folder. Each individual edited photo must be saved in the same folder where it was originally found.
