Commercial Production

Magnet Media Films is looking for a professional photography and videography. We are in need of talented and experienced photographers to work with our agency to shoot and edit new video projects. You'll be working on projects ranging from events, shows and commercials. NOTE: You MUST submit samples of previous work done. Position Requirements: - Must own their own equipment, (High end video camera, lenses, etc). - Design and set up lighting if needed to create appropriate scenes. - Run and function as part of the field production team, leading in your areas of expertise and helping out as appropriate in other areas to ensure adequate preparation for production and a smooth flow of production activity. - Gain and apply mastery of the equipment and techniques vital to your craft to ensure the best possible production product. - Perform assigned functions to participate in the capturing of video and audio for live broadcast and recordings. - MUST own full frame camera with extreme wide angle lenses. - Must possess the ability to work with non-professional talents and make them feel comfortable in front of the camera. - Ability to create a compelling story and message while incorporating visuals such as b-roll footage and other graphics. - Be adaptable and exhibit ability in different styles, mediums and brands. - Determine the specific audio and music necessary to complete the final product. Qualifications: - Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities to meet critical deadlines. - Must possess strong collaboration skills and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in key photographic techniques: exposure, composition, focus and lenses. - A self-starter – able to work independently and move projects forward. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Able to interact with all levels within and outside the organization.
