Art-worker required for on-going Ghost Mannequin work

We have photographed inventory for a children's fashion website - mostly girls clothes, age range 2 - 8 (dresses, blouses, etc). These have been shot on torso mannequins - front, back and inside-out front and back. The torso mannequin needs cropping from the neck, arms, waist where necessary and filled with the relevant section of the inside-out asset, to create an invisible mannequin effect. This should be consistent across all supplied assets. We would also like layered Photoshop files to be supplied in addition to jpegs so that we can asses techniques used and have flexibility to amend where necessary. There are currently 40+ items to process, but the work will be ongoing as new stock comes in, so would be helpful to have a cost per item (front and back shot). We're looking for a long term relationship with an designer/art worker who can supply quality re-touching services at volume on an on-going basis. Before awarding this work we would like to see a sample to gauge quality of work. I've attached front and back shots and inside-out front and back shots of a sample item.
